Return Policy

Delivery fees for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location.


Products may be returned for a refund or exchanged item(s) within 7 days of receipt of the order, provided that they comply with this policy.


We accept return & exchange if:

  • -You receive a product different from your order
  • -You receive a defective product


Return Instruction


Inform us your return or exchange request via our website within 7 days of receipt. Please attach photos of the received products, your full name, your order number, and the reason for returning.

All products must be returned in their unused, original condition, with unopened product packaging and any tags attached and seals unbroken. Damaged, worn, incomplete or anything that we reasonably believes has beens used before being returned will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customers.


Following are not considered defective:

  • -Items with creases that may have been made whilst shipping.
  • -Items with unsatisfactory finishing due to mass production.
  • -custom paint drips, or inconsistent patterns/colour.


Certain types of products may not be returned including, without limitation:

  • -Items that are custom-made, personalised, pre-order, or have otherwise been made to order.
  • -the above not-considered-defective items.


Exchanged item(s) will be delivered of us receiving and checking the returned goods. 

Refunds will be made back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and checking the returned goods. Delivery charges are not refundable for returns or exchanges.


Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY if you follow the instructions above and your return request has been approved by us. Returns shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.



Custom-Made & Pre-Order Items


All Custom made/made-to-order/pre-order/personalised orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled as the preparations begin immediately.

Custom made/made-to-order/pre-order/personalised items usually take 15-21 business days to prepare and do not follow the same delivery time as readymade items.



Tax


Customers are required to cover their taxes implemented by customs. Refused and returned items will not be refunded.



Addition


Any addresses filled out incorrectly will not be covered if lost.

The carrier will endeavor to deliver your order up to 3 times before holding it at the local warehouse. If you fail to received it is your sole responsibility to claim it at the nearest center. Any package returned or destroyed by the carrier will not be refunded or replaced.
